National Police Cadet Corps
Discover how NPCC builds discipline, teamwork, and community spirit in cadets through hands-on training and real-world service.
PL National Police Cadet Corps (NPCC) instills the core value of discipline in our cadets to develop them into responsible citizens.
Training has evolved beyond regimental drills and marching to include meaningful activities such as Crime Scene Investigation (CSI), Unarmed Tactics, First Aid awareness courses, Road Safety Park duties, and community events organized in partnership with our Neighbourhood Police Centres, where cadets contribute directly to public engagement efforts. This year, cadets also visited the Sustainable Singapore Gallery to gain a greater appreciation of how individuals can contribute toward building a safe, resilient, and sustainable Singapore.
In addition, the unit forged strong camaraderie with nearby schools through Area-based activities. All seven schools in NPCC Area 10 participated in the Sec 1 Swearing-In Ceremony, followed by an engaging Games Day. Cadets also benefited from leadership and adventure opportunities, including the Leadership Mentoring Course and the annual Sec 2 Adventure Training Camp (ATC) at Pulau Ubin.

Motto
Our motto means ‘With enthusiasm and determination’.
With enthusiasm, the cadets ensure that they give of their very best in everything they do. With determination, the cadets ensure that they do not give up easily and instead persevere, achieving the best in whatever they do. This encourages cadets to live their lives to the fullest and what we hoped to achieve.
