NUS STEP Technology Camp



During the June holidays, from the 18 to 22 June, a group of 9 students from the Robotics programme were invited to attend a 5-day NUS STEP Technology camp, sponsored by Temasek Foundation International. They had the opportunity to interact with international students as well as professors from NUS while learning how to build and code an autonomous car.

It was a great learning experience for our girls!

St John Day Award Ceremony 2018



Congrats to PL St John's Brigade for receiving the Gold award for the Corps Achievement Award at the 2018 St John Day Award Ceremony held on Sat 30 Jun 2018.

Special thanks to the teachers-in-charge - Mr Wong Khai Yu, Ms Bai Zhaozhi, Ms Wendy Khoo, Ms Victor Anne and Mdm Gita, for guiding the girls.

Outstanding FamChamp Award

On 30 June, Magdalene Koh was one of the eleven recipients of the Outstanding FamChamp Award. This award is presented to youths who have displayed strong qualities of being a Family Champion (i.e. Responsibility, Leadership, Passion for Family). She was presented the award from Minister Josephine Teo at the awards ceremony.

On 27 June, PL(Sec) Guitar Ensemble was awarded DISTINCTION in the Victoria College of Music and Drama, London Examination 2018.

World Robot Games



On 4 June, our girls participated in the World Robot Games, Singapore 2018 and emerged as the Grand Champions. Our girls pushed the boundaries to show how girls can be more.

NUS Geography Challenge



On 1 June, PL took part in the NUS Geography Challenge 2018. We are honoured to be short-listed as a Semi-finalist team. Our team won the best-scoring team at Botanic Gardens station.
